###### How to share documents with a deal room

1. **Sending via Application discussion** 
The fastest way for the company to share any documents, would be through the application discussion.

2. **Adding to Data room**
If the deal room has created a data room and shared it with you, you can add documents to the data room by opening the application, navigating to the Documents tab and adding documents to the “Data room documents” section.

3. **Uploading documents to the application form**
To add documents to your application, choose to [__update__](https://help.dealum.com/en/article/finishing-drafts-submitting-and-editing-applications-1i6j07m/#6-can-i-make-changes-to-my-application-after-i-have-submitted-it) your application. Application forms usually include various file upload types of questions that allow you to provide specific documents for the deal room. There might also be a question that allows uploading additional files of your choice.

###### How to see documents shared by the deal room

The company application view has a Documents tab, where documents shared by the deal room appear. You might find different types of documents there.
