# Documents in Portfolio


###### How to privately share documents with members who have invested in a specific company?

Portfolio documents can be added by and are visible only to members who have invested in the specific portfolio company (except for [limited access investors](https://help.dealum.com/en/article/exits-1nbdxwb/#6-limiting-investors-access-to-investor-only-data)) and to members who have [full edit access to Portfolio](https://help.dealum.com/en/article/managing-access-of-deal-room-members-1ex0spq/#6-how-to-give-different-deal-room-members-different-access-in-the-deal-room-how-to-create-and-edit-member-access-groups). 

To add a portfolio document: 
* navigate to the Portfolio page in the deal room
* click on the name of the company you want to add a portfolio document to
* go to Documents tab
* add the document
