# Saving company applications as PDFs

###### How to save a company application as a PDF file?

To save a company application as a PDF file, open the application from the funnel view and use the ‘Print’ button available on the toolbar under the header on the right.

This downloads the company application as a PDF file or opens the file in your browser. 

All members who have access to the specific company application in the funnel can save it as a PDF file.

Members with [full edit access to companies](https://help.dealum.com/en/article/managing-access-of-deal-room-members-1ex0spq/#6-how-to-give-different-deal-room-members-different-access-in-the-deal-room-how-to-create-and-edit-member-access-groups) can also save multiple company applications as a single PDF. To do that:
* multi-select relevant company applications in the funnel
* open the Actions menu that appears at the top of the funnel
* choose "Print companies PDF"

Members with [settings access](/en/article/managing-access-of-deal-room-members-1ex0spq/#6-how-to-give-different-deal-room-members-different-access-in-the-deal-room-how-to-create-and-edit-member-access-groups) can customize company application files. To do it, go to Settings > Preferences > Printing in your deal room. Keep the questions and sections you want to have visible on the files ticked and untick the ones you don't want to include.
