# What is Investor Plus?

**Investor Plus is Dealum's personal portfolio hub, designed to help individual angel investors manage their whole early-stage portfolio in one place.**

Time is the hidden cost of angel investing. Investor Plus helps you stay on top of performance, updates, and key documents—so you can make better follow-on and support decisions.

### Get the most value from Investor Plus, for the least effort



| To get the most from Investor Plus, start by adding** just one company**. You can add more (or your full portfolio) later.

**One company** and just **three simple steps** will unlock all the Investor Plus portfolio features:





1. **Type one company name** to get started
2. **Upload one investment documen**t and the round details will be auto populated
3. **Add an investor update** to unlock insights

From the Dashboard, click **Add new investment** and type the company name. At the same time you can upload an investment document like a term sheet or agreement. Just select **Upload file** and Investor Plus will extract all the key details and fill in the round information for you.

You’re now on the company page. If you uploaded an investment document at the previous step, you should already see round details populated. You can always edit or add more rounds later.

| Next, add at least one investor update or report. 

Click the **Updates** tab below the company name. You can upload a PDF, Excel, images, or text… or forward it by email using the company’s unique address.
 For instant results and AI insights, we recommend importing your first update from a file.

Once the update is in, Investor Plus generates a clean summary and surfaces key signals—so you can spot trends and risks earlier. These summaries and signals are automatically mapped to your **Dashboard** and **Portfolio**.




| That’s it! Type one company name, upload one document, and add one update—and as you start to explore Investor Plus you’ll immediately see portfolio summaries, structure, and risk signals.

### Your Dashboard 

After logging into Dealum, you'll arrive at your Investor Plus **Dashboard.** From here you can:


* see portfolio health at a glance
* 
review the latest company updates with AI summaries
* get an overview of your deal flow funnel
* 
import your portfolio, or add more companies, documents, and updates in a few clicks

### Monitor portfolio health and risks



In your **Portfolio**, you’ll see an overall portfolio overview and statistics, plus each company’s status. When updates are added, the colour indicators reflect AI-generated risk scoring, and you’ll also see alerts where something needs attention.

Click on the **company name**, and 
inside you have everything in one place: fully editable rounds, updates, reporting, and documents. There is also an area for discussion if you invest with other people - each Investor Plus subscription can have a total of three members.

### Keep deal flow together too



Investor Plus also includes a deal flow funnel for pre-investment tracking and pitch decks. If a deal closes, you can move it into your portfolio.
