Only members who have full access to deal room settings can change subscription, payment method and billing details.
How can I cancel my subscription/trial?

To cancel your deal room's subscription:
Go to the deal room's Settings > Billing
Navigate to the “Plan” section.
Choose "Cancel subscription"
To upgrade/change your deal room's subscription plan:
Go to the deal room's Settings > Billing
Navigate to the “Plan” section.
Choose "Upgrade deal room"
To change your payment method:
Open the deal room with the subscription
Go to that deal room's Settings > Billing
Under the “Payment method” choose “Edit”
To change the billing details of your deal room:

Go to that deal room's Settings > Billing
Under the “Payment method” choose “Edit”
Invoices for automatic subscription payments charged from your credit card are automatically sent to the email of your deal room's primary contact person as soon as the subscription fee is successfully charged. If you want to receive subscription-related information, notifications, and invoices to a different email than the one listed as the primary contact, you can set up a custom email address. You can do that when you go to Settings > Billing and change the “Billing email address” setting to “Custom email address”.
