Exports in Dealum
There are a variety of exports available in Dealum. Deal room admins have access to all the exports, but members might have restricted access. If some exports are not visible for you, please contact your deal room admins to discuss your access rights.

Company one-pager
Deal room admins can find their deal room Excel exports on the Settings -> Export / Import page:
Exports from this page will contain all the data that can be exported. For example, Company applications export will have all company applications across Funnel, Discovery and Database, as well as all the Steps within them.
If your deal room settings allow unfinished applications in your Funnel/Discovery/Database, then unfinished applications are not included in the export.

The option to export data can usually be found from the actions menu on the page you are on.

Multi-select companies and download excel with selected companies
Export voting results
For steps where Voting has been enabled, you can export the voting results
Export Funding results
Export your members' funding interests for companies in any step
Portfolio
Everyone with access to Portfolio can export their own transactions.
Deal room admins can also select a member and download their transactions
Members
You can download all members, or chosen members. If no members have been selected, full member list will be exported. If members have been selected, only selected members will be displayed in the export.
If you want to filter members and export the results, select the members that are displayed after filters have been applied, and then export the file:

On the events page, you can
Export companies that have been added to the event
Export members that have been added to the event
Deal room members that do not have admin rights, can download an excel file of their own investments from Portfolio.
If you have not been given rights to view Portfolio, this option is not available.
Members with "Full edit access" rights to Members and Events page can also download exports from those pages.
Company one-pager can be downloaded by all members with access to the application itself.
In order to download the one-pager, simply open the application and click on the print icon:
One-pager is the only export that is in PDF format and not in Excel format. It can also be customized.
