How can I export information about event participants?

Full events access is needed to export information about event participants. You can export the list of members or companies added to the event’s participants list when you open the event, navigate to Companies or Members tab and choose Export companies/members Excel.

In the companies export, you will find the company name, attendance status and their primary contact person with their email and phone number.

In the members export, you will find members with different attendance and invitation statuses from different sheets:
Attending
Attending online (only if this option has been enabled for the event)
Maybe
Not attending
Not answered
Not invited (those whom you have not sent invitations yet or who have not received an invite because they have not joined your deal room)

Each member is listed with their full name, email and phone number.
