You can send invitations to members or companies whom you’ve selected as event participants immediately when setting up the event or later. To send invitations immediately, tick the ‘Send invitations immediately’ checkbox in the dialogue where you are choosing participating members or participating companies. Can I link to deal room events? Yes, it is possible to link to a deal room event by opening the deal room, going to ‘Events’, opening the event and copying its URL from the browser. Please note that only people who have access to the deal room and to the specific event can access the event link.
Adding a deal room event to personal calendar
Can I add a deal room event to my calendar? You can add an event to your calendar when you have responded to the invitation with 'Going', 'Going online' or 'Maybe'. To add it to your calendar, open the corresponding deal room, go to 'Events', find the relevant event and click on 'Send calendar event to email' button. You will then receive a calendar invite on your email.
