Providing companies feedback on their application

You can use the help of our AI Assistant to send your applicants feedback based on the voting results and comments, internal discussions, and investment match scores connected to the application. You can also choose if the message notifies the company about rejection or advancement of their application in your process and choose the tone and directness of delivery.

The option to compose delivery is available in the Application discussion.

Before asking the AI Assistant to compose feedback you can:

• decide if the generated message should notify the company about rejection or advancement of their application in your process or include purely feedback
• provide additional instructions for the AI Assistant for composing the message
• select which of following data sources the AI Assistant will pull input from for generating the feedback message
• • internal application discussion
  • data room participants discussion (available only if the data room feature is enabled in your deal room)
  • funding participants discussion (available only if a funding round has been created on this application)
  • voting rounds (available only if the voting feature is enabled in your deal room)
  • investment match result (available only if investment match criteria have been set up in your deal room)
• choose how professional or conversational will the tone of the generated message be
• choose how direct or gentle will the delivery of the generated message be

Once you generate the message, you can still review and edit it before sending it our to the company.
