Does Dealum have a mobile app?

Dealum does not have an app-store app. However, you can install Dealum Progressive Web App (PWA) directly from your browser.

Dealum Web App has its own dedicated launch icon, notification badge, push notification support, and more.

How do I install PWA?

Installation varies from browser to browser and from platform to platform. Here are some examples:

iOS:

Open your web browser on your phone
Go to app.dealum.com
Click on "Share" and select "Add to Home screen"
Now you can use Dealum as an application

Android:

Open your web browser on your phone
Go to app.dealum.com
Open “Settings” menu and select "Install Dealum"
Now you can use Dealum as an application

On Desktop:

Windows/Linux + Chrome/Edge

How to join an organization's deal room as an investor

Accepted Answer

You can join investor group's deal room by using the application link or an email invitation. Links are often found on the organization's website, and emails are sent as invitations directly to you.

Once you have clicked on the link one way or the other, you will be directed to the application intro page. There, you will see an intro text provided by the organization, and if you decide to continue, you will have two options: "Log in to Dealum account" or "Create new account"

Choose Log in to Dealum account if you already have an account on Dealum. One account can be part of multiple deal rooms
Choose Create new account if you do not have an account on Dealum.

Some deal rooms might require you to fill out a member application after you've logged in or created an account.

Creating a new account

As part of the sign up process, you would need to enter name, email and password. Alternatively, you can sign up using **Google **or LinkedIn.

Once you've created an account, you can be taken to filling out your member application (read below), or to a confirmation screen, with the option to go to your Home page or to the deal room you've joined.

Application statuses for companies

When you go to your Applications page, you will be able to see the status of your applications:

You can also see them in the View application page:

Inbox means the application has been submitted to the deal room, but has not been moved to the next step. It's likely it has not been reviewed yet or is still pending a decision.
Active means the application has left the inbox and is being moved through the deal room process.
On hold means the application has been put into a "watchlist", likely with the intent to return to it at a later time.
Complete means the deal room has finished its processes regarding your application. If you do not know the outcome, please contact the deal room directly.
Archived means the deal room has archived your application. If you do not know the outcome, please contact the deal room directly.
**To be deleted ** means that the deal room has moved your application to a deleted applications folder and your application will be permanently removed from the deal room after it has spent 30 days in that folder. You or the deal room can also permanently remove the application sooner. If you need more information on why your application has been deleted, please contact the deal room directly.
