Cold archive

Cold archive is a dedicated funnel step (or multiple steps) for storing applications you don't need to access frequently. Applications in cold archive steps are not loaded immediately upon opening the deal room. This allows you to store a large number of applications in your deal room without having a noticeable effect on the deal room opening speed. To load applications in a cold archive step, you need to navigate to the step and click the "Load all" button.


Applications stored in cold archive are also excluded from search results by default when you use the search bar located at the top of your deal room view. If you cannot find what you're looking for, you can choose to load applications in cold archive by clicking on "Find more companies in the deal room" which will expand your search to include applications in cold archive.

Lastly, applications in cold archive are counted towards a separate applications limit specified in your subscription plan. They do not count towards the regular applications limit of your deal room.

Any funnel steps of your choice can be configured as cold archives if the cold archive feature is included in your subscription plan. If you want to change which step(s) function as cold archive, please contact your account manager or Dealum support.
