Deal room profile

What is a deal room profile and who can see it?

Contains basic information about the deal room like one-liner and investment interests. Depending on the settings, it might also include the list of deal room's portfolio companies.

You can find the shareable profile link in your deal room settings from the Links tab. People you share this link with can apply to your deal room as a company or join your deal room as a member depending on your public application links setup.

Companies can view your deal room profile if
they have applied to your deal room
your deal room appears among their recommendations of deal rooms to apply to
your deal room profile link has been shared with them

Investors can view your deal room profile if
your deal room profile link has been shared with them

Other deal rooms can view deal room profile if
they are an investor group or an accelerator using Dealum and have added your deal room to their Network contacts
they are an investor group or an accelerator using Dealum and you have sent them a request to connect via Network feature
they are an investor group or an accelerator using Dealum and you have made deal room is visible in Network Explore

How to configure the visibility of Portfolio in deal room's profile?

To hide or make the list of (selected) portfolio companies visible in your deal room's profile:
go to the Portfolio page in your deal room
click on the setup button next to the page heading
choose "Hidden" or "Show names of portfolio companies" correspondingly


When you choose to show portfolio companies, you are also able to decide if all of them or only selected ones are shown. To show only selected companies, click on "Select companies" and make your choices. Close the dialogue and click on "Save" to save your changes.
