Can I customize the intro and outro text of the application form?
In order to activate or disable the application link for a specific funnel step:
go to Settings
navigate to the Preferences tab
open Funnel from the Setup section
find the funnel step where you want to activate or disable the application link and open the additional actions menu by clicking on the three dots below the step name
select “Application link”
tick or untick “Application link active”
click "OK"
hit the Save button at the bottom of the screen
Alternatively, you can also select a time frame when the application link is active. For that:
tick the “Date limit” checkbox
select the From and To dates when you want the link to be active.
click "OK"
hit the Save button at the bottom of the screen
Requiring or allowing applicants to create a funding round
You can select whether you want to give the company a permission to start a funding round and whether it is optional or required. You also have the option to completely turn this off in the application form.
Allowing company to add reporting information to the application
You can choose whether you want to give companies the opportunity to share their reporting information already upon submitting the application. That would also grant your deal room access to the company’s future reporting updates. Filling in reporting information will be optional. If you choose not to activate this option, companies will still be able to share their reporting information later, if they wish, or you can request it from them. To allow companies to share their reporting in the application form:
go to Settings

Tick the “Company can add reporting information to the application” checkbox
click "OK"

Yes, you can customize both the intro and outro text. For that:
go to deal room settings
open the Preferences tab
click on Funnel from the Setup section
open the actions menu of the funnel step where the application link which intro/outro you want to edit is active
choose "Application link"
choose the setting "Custom" for intro and/or outro text
write your custom text in the text box that appears below
click "OK"
hit the Save button at the bottom of the screen
Repeat the process with any other application link(s) which intro or outro you want to customize.
