Performing an action with multiple company applications in the funnel at once

You can multi-select company applications in any funnel step to perform different actions with selected applications.

If you move your cursor on a company's logo in the list view, it turns into a checkbox. If you have selected at least one company application, 'Actions' menu and 'Select all' checkbox become visible on the top of the funnel.

To select multiple consecutive applications, begin by selecting the first one. Then, while holding down the SHIFT key, click on the last application you want to include. This action will select all the applications located between the initial and final selection.

The actions menu allows you to:

Email selected companies (available when only applications that are connected to a company account on Dealum are selected, not available for unfinished applications, applications of companies that have not been invited to deal room/have not accepted the invitation to apply or applications where the company has revoked your deal room's access to their profile and reporting updates)
Move selected applications to next/a different funnel step (available only when no unfinished applications are selected)
Archive selected applications (available in steps which type is not archive only when no unfinished applications are selected)
Delete selected applications (available in steps which type is not deleted)
Request more info from selected companies (available when only finished applications are selected, not available for unfinished applications, applications of companies that have not been invited to deal room/have not accepted the invitation to apply or applications where the company has revoked your deal room's access to their profile and reporting updates)
Edit tags of selected applications (available when at least two applications are selected)
Export basic information of selected applications
Mark all selected applications as read or unread
Invite selected companies to deal room (available when only applications of companies who have not been invited to apply to the deal room are selected)
Resend an invitation to apply to selected companies (available when only applications of companies who have been invited to apply but have not accepted the invite are selected)
Send reminders to finish the application (available when only unfinished applications are selected)
Remove selected applications from the deal room permanently (available only in deleted type of steps and for unfinished applications in other types of steps)
Add selected applications to another deal room (available only if you have full edit companies access in multiple deal rooms)
Set payment plan and date to selected applications (available only if Stripe integration is activated in your deal room and no unfinished applications are selected)
Request payment from companies whose applications you've selected (available when only applications a payment plan has been assigned to are selected)
Follow selected company applications (available only if you are not following all selected applications already)
Unfollow selected company applications (available only if you are following some of the selected applications)
Mark that you are not interested in selected applications (available only if you are not following selected applications or haven't already already marked that you are not interested in them)
Unhide selected applications (available only if you have previously marked that you are not interested in some of the applications you've selected)

The described actions are available to deal room members who have full edit access to companies. Members with lower access can perform very limited actions.
